Refund & Return Policy for Casa Tech

At Casa Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, we're here to help. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories.
  • Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Perishable goods or personal care items (e.g., hygiene products).
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@casatechpr.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions on where to send your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Casa Tech directly.

3. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by Casa Tech) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned item. You may be asked to provide proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos) for verification purposes.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@casatechpr.com and follow the return process outlined above.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@casatechpr.com.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

9. International Returns

If you are shipping an item internationally, please note that return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
