Shipping Policy for Casa Tech

At Casa Tech, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services to ensure your smart home products arrive in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping processes, timelines, and costs associated with your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays: Please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons, promotions, or sales. Any significant delays in shipping or fulfillment will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Within Puerto Rico & USA)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within [5-7 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within [2-3 business days]
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before [Depends]

Shipping costs:

  • Free shipping for orders over [Free Shipping on orders over $400].
  • Flat-rate shipping for standard orders below [$20.00].

International Shipping

We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery within [10-20 business days]
  • Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within [5-10 business days]

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are not included in the shipping fee. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Casa Tech is not responsible for any customs or import duties incurred once your package reaches your destination country.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours]. You can track your order through our website or the shipping carrier’s platform.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@casatechpr.com for assistance. While we strive to meet the delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays) may occur.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary when shipping to P.O. boxes or military addresses, depending on the shipping carrier.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@casatechpr.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to receive the package, the package will be returned to us. If you would like us to reship the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

If you no longer wish to receive the package, a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@casatechpr.com.

Damaged Packages:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is any visible damage, take photos of the damaged product and packaging, and contact our customer support team.
  • Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If the package still hasn't arrived, contact us for assistance.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to certain countries due to logistical or legal reasons. We will notify you if your shipping address falls into a restricted area.
